Who Are We?
Kluwer Copyright Blog is a publication of Kluwer Law International, providing information and news European copyright law. We have assembled a group of leading experts, comprising practising lawyers and academics to report on the latest developments. They in turn have enlisted professional colleagues of diverse backgrounds to offer both established and new voices into the mix. The managing editors are Brad Spitz, YS Avocats, João Pedro Quintais, IVIR, Christina Angelopoulos, CIPIL, University of Cambridge, and Alina Trapova, University College London, and associate editor Sara Moran.
What Is Our Focus?
The intention of the copyright blog is to provide short columns on European copyright law and occasionally US law where there is a cross border interest. This includes reporting on selected case law, new developments in legislation and new publications. In addition to these columns we will also post the head notes of our copyright cases product on this platform. Our primary audience is the copyright law professional operating in Europe.

Of course we welcome you as a faithful reader, but we also welcome your comments. The blog format provides an opportunity for everyone to participate, but comments must respect our Editorial Policy. We will also be inviting guest bloggers from time to time to contribute.
